We need your help in our programs:
1. Family/Community Boat Building
2. Tom's Boat Handling Program
3. Open Boating Program
4. Free Fridays Program
5. Waterway Stewards Program
We have opportunities for many volunteers:
We need volunteers to help with the Family/Community
Boat Building Event to be held June 20-21, 2009.
We need volunteers to take people for boat rides on
Friday afternoons.
We need volunteers to assist disabled people who want to
go for a boat ride or take boating lessons.
We need volunteer help with clerical tasks such as
scheduling rides and lessons.
We need help communicating with volunteers and other
interested people via email and telephone.
We need volunteer instructors to teach youths and adults
to safely row boats and paddle canoes.
We need volunteer instructors to teach youths and adults
to operate low powered vessels such as dinghies and
inflatables.
We need volunteer instructors for beginning power and
sail lessons.
